The Agency Overview dashboard provides cross-client reporting, letting you compare consent metrics across all clients at a glance.
Agency Overview Dashboard
The Agency Overview tab shows aggregated metrics across all your clients, including total consent records, average opt-in rates, and compliance status.
Available Metrics
- Total consent records across all clients
- Average opt-in rate per consent category
- Client-by-client comparison charts
- Compliance status and pending DSARs
- Integration health across clients
Filtering & Time Range
Use the date range picker and client filter to drill down into specific time periods or individual clients. All charts update in real-time.
Use the export button to download cross-client reports as CSV for external reporting or client presentations.
