Which one fits

Which one fits a business website in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?

You sell on Salla or Zid
Arqam360 installs as a native app on both, sets Arabic as the banner's default language and adds the banner to your storefront without code. Salla and Zid are not in Usercentrics' integrations directory, so ask Usercentrics how it installs on your store before you choose.
You run ads that need a certified CMP
Usercentrics is a Gold Tier Google-certified CMP, and its Pro plan lists IAB TCF v2.3 support. Arqam360 implements TCF 2.3 but holds no IAB CMP ID and is not Google-certified. If your ad partners require a certified or IAB-registered CMP, Usercentrics is the safer choice today.
You want to pay in riyals or dirhams
Arqam360 bills in Saudi riyals, UAE dirhams and 11 other currencies, and through Salla's or Zid's own billing when you install from their app stores. Usercentrics' pricing page shows its prices in euros, excluding VAT — check usercentrics.com for the currency you would be billed in.
You need many languages or many domains
Usercentrics includes 60 banner languages on Pro and Business, and up to 10 domains on Business. Arqam360 is built for Arabic and English.
You want someone to set it up for you
Arqam360 Managed is set up and maintained by our team: $99.99 (369 SAR or 369 AED) a month per domain, plus a one-time setup of $299 (1,099 SAR or 1,099 AED) per domain. Usercentrics also offers a Corporate plan, priced on request.

Pricing in detail

How each one charges

The two tools measure traffic differently. Usercentrics counts sessions — visits — per month, and if you go over your plan's limit it moves you to the matching plan automatically, under its terms. Arqam360 counts pageviews and domains. One visit that opens five pages is one session but five pageviews, so the numbers are not directly comparable: check both against your own analytics.

Arabic

Arabic support, compared fairly

Usercentrics' Pro and Business plans include 60 banner languages. Its pricing page does not list which ones, and we found no Usercentrics page describing a right-to-left layout, so we make no claim either way — try Arabic on your own site during the free trial. Arqam360's difference is where it starts: installed from Salla or Zid, the banner opens in Arabic, right to left, with buttons that read «قبول ملفات الارتباط» and «رفض ملفات الارتباط».

Usercentrics and Cookiebot

Usercentrics and Cookiebot are one company

Cookiebot merged into Usercentrics in September 2021, under the Usercentrics name. Its Shopify app and WordPress plugin are listed as Usercentrics Cookiebot, so if both names are on your shortlist, you are comparing two products from the same company. We compare Arqam360 with Cookiebot's plans separately.

Arqam360 vs Cookiebot

Where Arqam360 is built differently

Written around Saudi PDPL and UAE PDPA

A Saudi PDPL guide, a UAE PDPA guide, a cookie-policy template in Arabic and English, and banner defaults chosen for Gulf businesses. Arqam360 does not make a site compliant on its own — no consent banner does.

Arabic by default on Salla and Zid

Install from Salla or Zid and Arabic is the banner's default language, laid out right to left, with buttons written in Arabic: «قبول ملفات الارتباط» and «رفض ملفات الارتباط».

Salla, Zid, Shopify and WordPress

A native app on Salla, on Zid and on the Shopify App Store, and a plugin on WordPress. On any other site, one line of code.

FAQ

Arqam360 vs Usercentrics FAQ

Common questions from businesses in Saudi Arabia and the UAE choosing between the two.

Yes. On Salla, Zid or Shopify, install the Arqam360 app; on WordPress, install the plugin; on any other site, replace the Usercentrics script with the one-line Arqam360 snippet. Remove Usercentrics from your theme or tag manager completely so two banners never run on the same page, then run the free scan to confirm what loads.
