2

Navigate to the Scanner tab in your dashboard.
3
Start a scan
Select your domain and click 'Run Scan'. The scan typically takes 1–3 minutes.
4
Review results
Once complete, review the discovered cookies and their categories.

Understanding Scan Results
Each scan result shows the cookie name, domain, category (essential, analytics, marketing, preferences), expiration time, and whether it's first-party or third-party.
- Essential cookies are always allowed and cannot be blocked
- Analytics cookies track visitor behavior (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Marketing cookies are used for ad targeting (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok)
- Preferences cookies remember user choices (e.g., language, theme)
Enable automatic scanning in your scanner settings to run scans weekly. This ensures your cookie inventory stays up to date as you add new tools to your site.
