Copy-paste cookie banner text for an online store: a short banner, a detailed one, a preferences panel with its four categories, button labels, a withdraw-consent link and a variant for Saudi stores. Every text asks for explicit consent and makes rejecting as easy as accepting. Each one is written natively in Arabic too, so a bilingual store can use both.

Before you copy
Saudi Arabia has no official cookie banner text and no cookie-specific law: cookies fall under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) when what they collect can identify a visitor. So these texts are not wording SDAIA prescribes. They apply the consent principles of PDPL and of the EU's GDPR: explicit, informed consent that the visitor can withdraw whenever they like.
Name the purpose in words a shopper understands: running the store, analytics, advertising. A generic line such as "to improve your experience" does not, on its own, tell them what they are agreeing to.
Put "Reject all" on the first layer of the banner, next to "Accept all" and the same size. If rejecting takes two clicks and accepting takes one, the choice is not equal.
Non-essential categories start switched off in the preferences panel, and the visitor turns them on. In the EU, the Court of Justice ruled in 2019 that a pre-ticked box is not valid consent.
The visitor reaches the policy from the banner itself, where each category, what it collects and how long it is kept are explained.
A visitor can change their mind at any time. Put a permanent link at the bottom of every page that reopens the preferences panel, and do not make withdrawing harder than consenting.
If you say ad tools do not run before consent, make sure they really do not. The text alone does not change what the page loads before the visitor clicks.
