Install on Zid
On Zid, Arqam360 is an app: you install it from the Zid App Market and the rest happens during the install. There is no code to paste and no separate sign-up.
Install from the Zid App Market
In your Zid dashboard, open the App Market, search for Arqam360 and install it.
Approve the permissions
Zid shows the permissions the app asks for. Approve them and Zid sends you back to your dashboard.
Your account is created
Arqam360 creates your account and a banner configuration for your store, registers your store's address as a verified domain, sets Arabic as the banner's default language and starts a 14-day trial.
The banner goes live
The banner is added to your storefront through Zid's app snippets. The script finds your banner settings from your store's address; you do not edit your theme.
Open the dashboard inside Zid
Open Arqam360 from the apps section of your Zid dashboard. The Arqam360 dashboard loads inside Zid, already signed in. From the Widget tab you change the banner's colours, position, text and language.
Check that it works
Open your storefront in a private window. The banner should appear before you make a choice. Accept or refuse, then open the Consent Logs tab: your decision appears there with its date and time.
Billing
If you installed from the Zid App Market, your plan is billed through Zid in Saudi riyals, and you change or cancel it in Zid. The Billing tab in Arqam360 links you there.
