Detection patterns are taken from our own cookie classifier and are limited to those confirmed in real scans. Patterns we have inferred from vendor documentation but not yet observed are deliberately not listed.

What Tap Network sets

Tap Network sets session, identifier, attribution, tracking and affiliate cookies on the merchant origin, connecting referred traffic to conversions.

Why it is classified as marketing

Referral attribution is advertising measurement. The visitor's ability to browse, add to cart and pay is unaffected if none of it runs, which is the line between necessary and everything else.

What PDPL requires

Prior, informed consent, and a declaration that names it. Affiliate and referral tags are the ones merchants most often forget they installed, which means they are also the ones most likely to be firing before consent right now on a store whose owner believes they are compliant.

How Arqam360 handles it

Recognised by pattern, filed as marketing, held until consent when enforcement is on, and declared bilingually. Running a scan is the fastest way to find out whether it is on your store at all — affiliate tags outlive the campaigns that added them.

See which of these are on your store right now, and which are firing before anyone consents.
