Can I use Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel in Jordan without consent?
Not when they identify visitors. Jordan's PDPL makes consent the data subject's prior consent to processing, and data may not be passed on for marketing without consent for that purpose (Art. 14). They also send data abroad, which needs protection not lower than the law's, or consent after the visitor is told it is lower (Art. 15).
Google's tools can stay denied through Consent Mode v2 until the visitor chooses, then send data only for the categories the visitor accepted.
The Meta Pixel does not read Consent Mode, so it has to be held back until the visitor accepts.
