How do I add a privacy policy to a Zid store?
In the Zid dashboard, go to Settings, then Store, then Legal pages. The privacy policy is one of five legal pages there, beside the terms and conditions, the exchange and return policy, complaints and suggestions, and licences. Edit its content in Arabic and English, tick it to show on the sign-up page if you want, and save.
Zid provides the page; what it says is yours. Article 12 of the PDPL requires a privacy policy available to people before their personal data is collected, stating the purpose, the data collected, how it is collected, processed, stored and destroyed, and their rights and how to exercise them.
SDAIA's Privacy Policy Guideline, which it describes as non-binding, lists what a policy should cover: your official name and contact details, the categories of data you collect, including cookie data, the legal basis for each purpose, who receives the data inside or outside the Kingdom, retention periods, and the right to complain to SDAIA.

Arqam360's free privacy policy generator builds the text for that page from a short wizard: your details, the data you collect, your payment, shipping, marketing and analytics providers, and an email for rights requests. It writes in Arabic, English or both, with HTML you can copy into Zid's editor.
