How much does a cookie consent tool cost in Saudi Arabia?

The PDPL sets no price and does not require a paid tool; tools run from free plans to managed services. What the law fixes is the work: consent before analytics and advertising tags run, a separate choice for each purpose, a record of each answer, and a way to withdraw. Compare tools on that first, then on price.

Arqam360's own published prices, in Saudi riyals, with the same figures in UAE dirhams: Free at 0 SAR for 1 domain and 10,000 pageviews a month; Pro at 109 SAR a month for 3 domains and 100,000 pageviews; Managed at 369 SAR a month per domain, plus a one-time setup of 1,099 SAR per domain, where we install it, test your Google and Meta tags and keep it running.

Set that against the cost of getting it wrong: the PDPL's administrative fines reach SAR 5,000,000, doubling to SAR 10,000,000 for a repeat violation, and SDAIA confirmed 48 enforcement decisions in its January 2026 announcement.

How Arqam360 handles this

On Managed, at 369 SAR (369 AED) a month per domain, our team installs the banner, tests your Google and Meta tags and keeps it running, after a one-time setup of 1,099 SAR (1,099 AED) per domain. Free and Pro are self-serve: you install the app or one line of code yourself.
