A European site that goes into Saudi Arabia or the UAE keeps its GDPR obligations and picks up the local law: Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, or the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. One banner, in Arabic and English, has to satisfy both. We set it up and keep it right. You keep the client, and earn 20% of what they pay us for twelve months.
Saudi Arabia's PDPL grace period closed in September 2024. SDAIA confirmed 48 enforcement decisions in its January 2026 announcement.
What we run for your client (Managed)
Bilingual banner
Arabic and English, right-to-left done properly, blocking non-essential tags until the visitor chooses.
Google Consent Mode v2
Denied by default, updated by the banner, so Google Ads and Analytics measure with the consent the visitor actually gave.
Policies that match the site
Cookie declaration and privacy policy in both languages, built from what the site really sets.
Re-scans
We re-scan the site so a tag added later in Tag Manager doesn’t quietly reopen the gap.
How it works
Run a scan in the meeting
Point the free scanner at a client site and read the result out. It names the trackers firing without consent, on their own domain, in Arabic or English.
Hand over the report
The scan produces a PDF carrying their domain, in either language. Forward it, or bring it to the next meeting as your own finding.
The client pays us, you keep a cut
No reselling, no wholesale seats, no invoicing us. The client subscribes directly and you earn 20% of what they actually pay, for twelve months.
The terms
Short enough to forward in a message.
- 20% of what the customer actually pays
- Twelve months from their first paid invoice, not from signup
- Paid in the currency the customer was billed in (EUR, USD, SAR, AED and nine others)
- Payable 30 days after it accrues, so refunds reverse cleanly

Managed is the one worth aiming at: we run the setup, scans and policies, which is the part most agencies would rather not own. A client on the free plan pays nothing, so it earns you nothing.
