The KSA Compliance Index is the only public empirical dataset on PDPL compliance in Saudi e-commerce. Methodology: real-browser scans of homepage of 27 of the most-visited Saudi e-commerce stores in May 2026, scoring 0-100 against PDPL + GDPR criteria. Storefront-only (no backend/processor-agreement coverage). Re-run periodically. Raw aggregated data available on request via taha.farhane@gmail.com.
